Biography

My love of singing was borne out of the amateur dramatics scene that I was involved in during my late teens. This initially led me in the direction of country music, performing with a band and as a solo artist for a number of years.

A return to theatre productions around five years ago gave me the impetus to explore new genres and unlock the full potential of my vocal ability.

In 2003 I turned to Avril Gray, an acclaimed singing tutor who re-taught me the theory of singing and in doing so allowed the range, control and strength of my voice to flourish.

It was Avril that introduced me to classical music and the songs from the shows and it is this aspect of my repertoire that I gain most satisfaction from and truly love to perform.

In 2005 I chose to devote myself solely to singing. In the intervening period I have recorded three albums and built up a client base that sees me performing throughout the UK in a commercial and private capacity.

My love of music and performing deepens with every day and I'm passionate about the continued development of my abilities.
